For any firm reservation, please send us a 50 % downpayment of the amount of the renting.

GUARANTEE
At your arrival, you will be requested to pay the balance of your renting and to give us a guarantee cheque of at least 300 € according to the length of stay and the apartment. It will be returned after the inventory checkout.

HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Departures before 11 AM and arrivals between 3 PM and 7 PM

LINEN AND HOUSEHOLD

• Change of hand towels and bathroom carpet : 10 €/ person /change.
• “A la carte” housework : 20 € for a studio and 30 € for a two bedroom apartment.
• Hotel service: daily housework except for Sunday and legal holiday and change of hand towels twice a week : 180 € for a studio (1 or 2 persons), 250 € for a two bedroom (2 to 4 people).

  indoor parking places can be reserved with the residence l'Espérance for 12 € a day .
