A minimum of 3 nights is required for any rent.
For any stay of more than one month and for group rates, please consult us.
Our rates include the supplying of sheets and towels at arrival, the arrival and departure housework , VAT as well as water and power ,satellite and internet ADSL access.
The tourist tax (1 euro per day and per person at l’Espérance and 1.2 euro at le Néolia will be charged in extra).
For any firm reservation, please send us a 50 % downpayment of the amount of the renting.
GUARANTEE
At your arrival, you will be requested to pay the balance of your renting and to give us a guarantee cheque of at least 300 € according to the length of stay and the apartment. It will be returned after the inventory checkout.

Credit card, Cheque or credit transfer. Please make out your
cheque to Néo Location.
HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Departures before 11 AM and arrivals between 3 PM and 7 PM
LINEN AND HOUSEHOLD
- Change of hand towels and bathroom carpet : 10 €/ person /change.
- “A la carte” housework : 20 € for a studio and 30 € for a two bedroom apartment.
- Hotel service: daily housework except for Sunday and legal holiday and change of hand towels twice a week : 180 € for a studio (1 or 2 persons), 250 € for a two bedroom (2 to 4 people).
PARKING
indoor parking places can be reserved with the residence l'Espérance for 12 € a day .
